Metabo RF 60 analoge bandenspanningsmeter (2645611)

The Metabo RF 60 is an analog pressure gauge designed for accurate monitoring of compressed air and other pressurized systems. The instrument provides a clear analog display with dual units (bar and psi) across a measurement range of 0–15 bar, and its robust construction and 450 g weight reflect a design intended for routine workshop and industrial use. The gauge is intended to be mounted on compressors, tanks or pneumatic equipment where straightforward, reliable pressure indication is required.

Advantages

The Metabo RF 60 offers precise needle indication and a readable dial that shows pressure in both bar and psi, enabling quick interpretation by users familiar with either unit. Its analog mechanism requires no power source and provides continuous display of pressure values. The gauge's durable housing and construction are suited to regular handling in workshop environments, and the compact size simplifies mounting and integration with compressor control panels or pneumatic lines.

Suitable for

• Monitoring air pressure on stationary and portable compressors
• Pressure indication on compressed air tanks and reservoirs
• Use in pneumatic systems and workshop equipment
• General pressure checks where 0–15 bar range is required

Key specifications

• Measurement range: 0–15 bar
• Units displayed: bar and psi
• Display type: analog needle and dial
• Weight: approximately 450 g
• Suitable mounting: panel or inline on compressors and pneumatic equipment

How to use

Install the Metabo RF 60 in the designated gauge port on the compressor, tank or pneumatic line using appropriate thread adapters or fittings if required. Ensure connections are tightened and sealed to prevent leaks. Read the pressure directly from the analog dial; the needle indicates current system pressure in bar and psi. For best accuracy, position the gauge so that the face is easily visible and avoid prolonged exposure to vibrations or extreme temperatures. Periodically inspect the gauge for damage or signs of wear and replace if the needle sticks or the dial becomes unreadable.

Recommendations

Use the gauge within its specified 0–15 bar range and avoid subjecting it to pressures beyond the maximum rating. When installing, ensure fittings are compatible and that the gauge is protected from strong mechanical shocks and corrosive environments. Calibrate or verify the gauge periodically if precise readings are critical to processes or safety checks.
