Afkort- en verstekzaag Graphite 59G812

The Graphite 59G812 mitre saw is an electric mitre and bevel cutting tool designed for precise crosscuts and angled cuts in wood and wood-like materials. It features a brushless motor with a maximum idle speed of 4800 RPM and an input power rating of 1800 W. The saw supports mitre and bevel angle adjustment from 0° to 45°, with single-bevel capability to 45° left and right, and is supplied with a tungsten carbide-tipped blade. Built with an aluminium alloy structure and a compact, sturdy design, the tool includes an integrated laser pointer, metal spindle lock and an anti-slip main handle for improved control. The saw operates on AC power at 230 V and meets protection class II; CE certification confirms conformity with applicable European standards.

Advantages

The Graphite 59G812 combines a high-power 1800 W drive with a brushless motor that delivers up to 4800 RPM for consistent cutting performance. Its aluminium alloy construction and metal spindle lock contribute to structural stability and reliable blade changes. The integrated laser pointer and adjustable supports help achieve accurate positioning and repeatable cuts, while the anti-slip handle and external-access carbon brushes simplify handling and maintenance. A flexible 3 m rubber-coated power cord increases mobility on site, and the included accessories—dust bag, vertical clamp and service key—support routine operation and upkeep.

How to use

Secure the saw on a stable work surface before connecting to a 230 V AC supply. Fit the workpiece against the adjustable supports and clamp it in place with the vertical clamp provided. Use the laser pointer to align the blade with the cut line, set the required mitre and bevel angles within the 0°–45° range, and hold the anti-slip handle firmly during operation. Operate the saw with controlled downward motion for crosscuts or angled cuts; use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye and ear protection and follow local safety regulations. For blade changes, use the metal spindle lock and the service key included in the set.

Recommendations

Use blades suited to the material being cut and ensure the tungsten carbide-tipped blade is sharp for best results. Check and, if necessary, replace carbon brushes accessible from the outside according to wear. Keep the dust bag attached or use an extraction system to reduce airborne dust. Inspect the power cord regularly and store the tool in a dry place when not in use.
